Our Networking Management includes :
Hi-Speed Network Cabling

We use CAT5e cable for your networks to ensure you get optimal performance. Once we examine what you need in your office we can install more cabling and network points for you to allow more PC’s to be connected. Usual speeds over you network are up to 100mb per second but speeds up to 1GB per second can be achieved if your network is going to be hit hard with multiple users accessing large amounts of files at the same time.


Wireless Networking

If you’re a laptop user with wireless networks you have the freedom to take your laptop anywhere around your office. If the sun’s shining you may even want to sit outside to get on with some of your work. Security on your wireless network will be setup also so you can feel safe knowing that no one else can just simply connect into your network, we can even hide your wireless network so it cant be found if someone does try and search for it.


Manageable Routers

With all your PC’s now on your network you may want them all to share one internet connection. This can be accomplished with an ADSL/Cable Router. Easily manageable and can be accessed over the internet* reconfiguring can be done remotely instead of you waiting for an engineer to come in to fix a problem you may be having. Security of the router can be set in place to stop any attempts of any attacks from the outside world over the internet.

File Sharing over your Network

If your data is spread across many of your PC’s it’s an accident waiting to happen. There will be no automated backups of your data and it can be quite tricky finding what you need if you need to look at a number of PC’s before you find the document you are looking for. All your data can be stored in one location for ease when you and your employees need to access anything






 


Printer Sharing

We can setup and share printers from PC to PC or directly off your network. So there’s no need for every one of your users to have a printer sitting on their desk.

 
 

 

Remote Desktop Support (Servers, Windows PC and Laptop)

Remote Access is a remote desktop service which allows us (Diacomm) to control your computer remotely and sort out most problems without the expense of a call out, you don't need to be local or even in the UK, you retain complete control of your computer and can cancel the session at any time, when the system is running you can sit back and let us get you up and running again, we can chat while the sessions is the way or we can call you during the session,

•Who can use it ? Anybody living anywhere in the world, there is no restriction on borders or distance, the only condition is that you have a computer with a working broadband connection, your computer must boot, we can even fix some "page cannot be displayed errors", although you would need our remote access installed already
•If we have recently worked on your computer you may find Remote Access already installed, if not click Remote Access download it on to your computer and then contact us and we will talk you through it


•Security. You retain complete control of your computer and can cancel the session at any time, this is a secure system that encrypts the data using 128bit encryption, the service will work even if one or both of the computers are behind a firewall, so that users do not have to make any changes in the router or firewall to establish a connection.


•Cost This service cost £20 per session, this is up to a maximum of 1 hour, as not all problems can be sorted remotely we can not guarantee to fix your machine but if we don't we will Pick up the PC or Laptop for free using FedEx with NO FIX, NO FEE.( further repairs are charged at £20/hour Repair will never be more than 3 hours, nothing more )
