Remote Access is a remote desktop service which allows us (Diacomm) to control your computer remotely and sort out most problems without the expense of a call out, you don't need to be local or even in the UK, you retain complete control of your computer and can cancel the session at any time, when the system is running you can sit back and let us get you up and running again, we can chat while the sessions is the way or we can call you during the session,

•Who can use it ? Anybody living anywhere in the world, there is no restriction on borders or distance, the only condition is that you have a computer with a working broadband connection, your computer must boot, we can even fix some "page cannot be displayed errors", although you would need our remote access installed already,
•If we have recently worked on your computer you may find Remote Access already installed, if not click Remote Access download it on to your computer and then contact us and we will talk you through it

•Security. You retain complete control of your computer and can cancel the session at any time, this is a secure system that encrypts the data using 128bit encryption, the service will work even if one or both of the computers are behind a firewall, so that users do not have to make any changes in the router or firewall to establish a connection.

•Cost This service cost £20 per session, this is up to a maximum of 1 hour, as not all problems can be sorted remotely we can not guarantee to fix your machine but if we don't we will Pick up the PC or Laptop for free using FedEx with NO FIX, NO FEE.( Further repairs are charged at £20/hour Repair will never be more than 3 hours, nothing more )
